On November 27, 2024, La Table d’action en communication et technologies de l’information de la MRC de Coaticook (La TACTIC) (the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to make a proposal pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. has agreed to act as Trustee under the proposal.
First Extension of Delay
On December 23, 2024, the Debtor obtained from the Court a first extension of delay to file its proposal until February 10, 2025.
Second Extension of Delay
On February 11, 2025, the Debtor obtained from the Court a second extension of delay to file its proposal until March 27, 2025.
Third Extension of Delay
On March 24, 2025, the Debtor obtained from the Court a third extension of delay to file its proposal until May 11, 2025.
