Ecoation Innovative Solutions Inc.

On April 8, 2025, Ecoation Innovative Solutions Inc. (“Ecoation" or the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA"). KPMG Inc. ("KPMG") consented to act as trustee under the proposal.

The principal purpose of the NOI Proceedings is to create a stabilized environment to provide the Company with the opportunity to carry out a stalking horse sale process for its business and assets, or to restructure its business, so that the Company can present a viable proposal to its creditors.
