On February 16, 2016, I.D.S. Intelligent Data Systems (Canada) Inc. (the "Company" or the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.
The Company was deemed to have filed an assignment on the March 18th, 2016, due to the non-filing of the proposal and KPMG Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt.
