This webcast is designed to showcase certain U.S. federal, state, and local income tax issues related to intercompany debt cleanup in connection with Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) projects.  Come prepared to learn where potential traps may be hidden when unwinding intercompany debt and how to avoid unintended tax consequences. 

Join us for this instructive TaxWatch webcast where our M&A and SALT Tax professionals discuss the complexities of unwinding intercompany debt during an LER project, along with strategies to preserve valuable tax attributes.
