Before joining OceanFirst, Alfred was in the KPMG Transaction Advisory practice advising global clients, leading buy-side and sell-side diligence, integrations, and divestitures across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. He began his career at KPMG in the Financial Services Audit practice, covering large and mid-cap banks and broker-dealers.

Outside the boardroom, he serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of New Jersey, helping students build financial literacy and career confidence. Known for his collaborative leadership style and analytical rigor, he’s passionate about innovation, sustainable growth, and developing the next generation of industry leaders.
