Nadia Orawski

Nadia serves as the Advisory Line of Business Leader for Financial Services and Global Financial Services Sector leader for Deal Advisory at KPMG. She is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and delivery of the firm's Advisory services across the financial services sector. In this role, she works closely with clients to help financial institutions navigate change, accelerate transformation, and address complex business challenges through the firm's integrated advisory capabilities.

Nadia has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations create value through transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping clients and teams deliver significant value in buy-side, sell-side, and organic growth environments.

A recognized leader in M&A and transformation, Nadia has led large-scale, global, and complex programs, helping organizations assess opportunities, execute transactions, and drive sustainable value creation. Her experience spans Banking, Capital Markets, Fintech, Payments, Insurance, and Private Equity, with expertise across due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, carve-outs, target operating model design, enterprise cost reduction, synergies, transition service agreements, management offices (IMO/SMO), culture, and customer and employee experience.

Prior to her current role, Nadia served as the U.S. Deal Advisory & Strategy Banking Leader and led KPMG's U.S. Financial Services Strategy practice, where she was responsible for client service, market development, innovation, and talent leadership across the Banking sector and Financial Services Strategy practice.
