Our discussion will examine why data centers sit at the nexus of capital, power, land, and policy – and what this means for investors, operators, and deal professionals.

•       Navigating incentives, credits and state-level considerations

KPMG Infrastructure Industry Leader, Justin Davis, will moderate the session. He will be joined by KPMG professionals Ty Singh, Arun Mani, Derrick Dyslin, John Ferrarella, Ziya Hajiyev and Jake Kaplan.
