Jake is a Tax Partner in the KPMG New York State and Local Asset Management Tax practice, with a primary focus on the real estate sector. Jake is part of the SALT group, specializing in income and franchise tax compliance and consulting engagements. He provides compliance services to REITs, corporations, and partnerships, including the review and preparation of tax returns, notice resolution, state tax structuring optimization, and consulting on market entry and exit strategies. Jake's expertise spans various industries, with a strong emphasis on real estate at both the fund and property levels, as well as experience in financial services, including private equity and asset management.
