KPMG Names Jason LaRue Next Talent & Culture Leader
New York, August 18 -- KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, named Jason LaRue as the next Vice Chair of Talent & Culture. He succeeds Sandy Torchia, who will be retiring from the firm on Sept. 30.
A member of KPMG's management committee, LaRue will oversee the firm's talent and culture strategies and all human resources activities, including such areas as workforce planning and deployment, total rewards, recruiting, talent management, learning and others.
Jason previously served as National Managing Partner of Talent & Culture at KPMG. Over the course of his 20 years with the firm, he has played a pivotal role in advancing talent and culture initiatives that strengthen the organization and fuel client success.
He serves as a board member for Blessings in a Backpack and an advisory board member for Fairfield University’s John Charles Meditz College of Arts and Sciences.
