Join KPMG LLP (KPMG) for a Real Estate Tax Chat examining the evolving tax landscape and the implications of new Section 892 regulations for sovereign investors and the broader real estate market. The discussion will address key tax challenges and opportunities, as well as the strategic tradeoffs between innovative and traditional deal structures.

The session will feature Richard Cheung, Global Head of Investment Tax at GIC, and Len Sammartano, Vice President of Tax at GIC. They will share insights on identifying durable investment trends, evaluating opportunities, and integrating tax considerations into investment strategy.

KPMG US Real Estate Tax Leader, Ryan Taylor, will moderate the discussion along with KPMG US Sovereign Wealth Tax Leader, Kirstin Gallagher, and Josh Kaplan, Senior Managing Director in KPMG Washington National Tax.
