Christina Halpin is a Managing Director in Global Compliance at Goldman Sachs. She is the Americas head of Control, Finance, and Operations Compliance. Christina serves on the Global Compliance People Development Committee and Americas Compliance Diversity Council. In addition, Christina serves as a sponsor for the Dallas Women’s Network. Christina earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2012.

Niki Fotheringham is Bank of America’s Head of Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR) Surveillance, having joined the Bank in 2023.  Prior to this she was the Group Head of Surveillance at HSBC Bank, where she had a fulfilling career spanning 23 years including 14 within the Surveillance arena. Her remit has included all types of Surveillance across Trade, Electronic Communications and Voice Surveillance.

Originally from Scotland, Niki has held multiple senior Compliance roles in both London and New York, with a focus on monitoring and investigatory practices.  Niki is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which is something she prioritizes as part of her leadership.

Rajiv Varshney has 20+ years of financial services experience in leadership roles in Risk and Compliance with large and medium sized banks and FinTech’s. Rajiv is Chief Compliance Officer with Metropolitan Commercial Bank (MCB). Prior to joining MCB, he was Chief Compliance Officer with iCreditWorks, a FinTech, with Investors Bank, and Compliance Chief Operating Officer with HSBC Bank USA. After earning his MBA in supply chain management at Michigan State University, Rajiv became a consultant with EY. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Rajiv has authored papers on ‘The Blueprint For Proactive Remediation’ published by American Bankers Association (April/May 2024), and on Supplier Management published by Surface Mount Technology Association and ICFAI (2002). He has contributed to two books on Six Sigma by McGraw Hill – Six Sigma Balanced Scorecard & Six Sigma Handbook. Rajiv is actively involved in environmental conservation, he participated in studies with Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, volunteered for a study on impact of climate change at the Pyrenees, volunteered for a lion conservation program in Kenya, and participated in a similar project in Trinidad to protect the leatherback turtle.
