Nikki Reid

Nikki Reid is a Partner in KPMG LLP’s Federal Advisory Practice where she leads the Federal Financial Management Service Network. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating advisory engagements with a focus on financial-management process-improvement to federal agencies in the Civilian and Defense space. She helps clients achieve or maintain compliance, while streamlining operations through the use of tools, techniques, and technology. Nikki also provides subject matter expertise and guidance with respect to federal financial management transformation, financial system conversion, property plant & equipment, inventory, and data-quality review. Nikki is a board member of KPMG’s Washington DC/Tysons African American Network and the co-lead of the firm’s national African American mentoring circle program; a program aimed at increasing connectivity and mentoring between staff and manager level diverse candidates and Firm leadership. She is a graduate of Hampton University and is currently KPMG’s lead Advisory Recruiting Partner at her alma mater.
