The International Tax Cooperation Department on April 30, 2025, released a newsletter detailing amendments made on July 26, 2024, to the International Tax Compliance (CRS) Regulations, 2016. These amendments include new compliance provisions for financial institutions in Anguilla.

Additionally, the newsletter reminds financial institutions of the reporting deadline of May 31, 2025, for FATCA and common reporting standard (CRS) returns for the 2024 reportable period.
