KPMG Bolsters AI Product Development Function by Welcoming PrivateBlok Agentic AI Team
Move will accelerate multi-model AI solutions development for KPMG and clients
NEW YORK, NY – February 9, 2026 – KPMG LLP, a leading professional services firm, today announced a strategic move to enhance its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities by welcoming the founders and employees of PrivateBlok, a premier AI development platform. This transaction grows KPMG’s existing bench of AI talent and builds on KPMG’s strong track record of embedding innovative generative AI capabilities directly into KPMG’s offerings via platforms like KPMG Workbench, KPMG Clara and KPMG Digital Gateway.
The addition of the expert talent of the PrivateBlok team will continue to grow KPMG’s capabilities in building native AI products. This aligns with KPMG's overall efforts to enhance client outcomes, foster a culture of innovation, and drive strategic investments. The new team will focus on developing AI-first products, enabling persistent services through software-based commercial models, and advancing client offerings.
“The addition of the PrivateBlok team means that KPMG will be able to build AI-first products that deliver greater value to our clients – and support them for the long haul,” said Patrick Ryan, National Managing Partner, Advisory Strategy & Markets. “This is about speed and impact: world-class multi-agent expertise inside KPMG so clients see better outcomes, sooner.”
“We’re thrilled to join KPMG to help pair KPMG’s industry expertise with practical AI agents to solve real client problems – finance, change, diligence – right now,” said Sachin Manchanda, CEO of PrivateBlok. “Our dedicated AI products team will transform ideas into scalable, client-ready tools,” added Dimple Sadhwani, Chief of AI, Technology and Operations at PrivateBlok.
PrivateBlok is recognized as a developer of a configurable multi-agent system that integrates public and proprietary data into a secure knowledge base with AI-powered copilot capabilities, enabling corporations to improve efficiency, gain deeper insights, and make smarter decisions across the investment lifecycle. Novistra Capital served as exclusive financial advisors to PrivateBlok.
KPMG currently offers a suite of AI tools and agents that leverage the firm’s deep industry and functional expertise to solve immediate client challenges in areas such as finance, change management and diligence. With the addition of PrivateBlok’s talented team, KPMG expands our capacity to offer multi-model agent layer capabilities to clients. The team will also support KPMG’s ongoing efforts to build multi-agent systems that embed agents seamlessly into the way our people work.
“KPMG is scaling trusted, AI-native solutions across the firm and delivering cutting-edge services to our clients,” said Rob Fisher, Vice Chair of KPMG Advisory, “We are integrating AI into everything we do to create value for our clients and deliver rewarding experiences for our people.”
This strategic effort reaffirms KPMG’s commitment to responsible AI innovation and its focus on delivering practical and trusted solutions to support clients as they navigate rapid technological change.
