KPMG is powering ServiceNow's HR transformation while expanding its deployment of the ServiceNow AI Platform
KPMG LLP will accelerate ServiceNow’s global deployment of EmployeeWorks and HR Service Delivery, providing an AI-powered self-service experience that makes it easy for employees to find answers, complete requests, and get help in one place.
NEW YORK – September 9, 2026 – KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax, and advisory firm, today announced an expanded alliance relationship with ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention, focused on helping organizations reimagine the employee experience through AI.
KPMG will partner with ServiceNow on their HR Transformation and serve as the implementation and services partner for ServiceNow's own global deployment of EmployeeWorks and HR Service Delivery. KPMG will also expand its use of the ServiceNow AI Platform with EmployeeWorks and AI Control Tower to help operate AI safely and at scale.
Together, the firms are applying technology, transformation expertise and firsthand implementation experience to help modernize workforce operations, simplify how employees access support and services, and scale AI responsibly across the enterprise.
This expansion builds on what the companies announced in May 2026 – a multi-year commitment to help organizations accelerate AI-powered transformation.
Reimagining HR for the AI Era
KPMG is helping ServiceNow modernize its workforce operations through an AI-powered HR transformation designed to simplify how employees access support, information, and services. By combining EmployeeWorks, HR Service Delivery and AI-enabled employee experiences, the transformation will create a more connected and intelligent employee journey. KPMG will leverage Mystro, its leading AI workforce transformation platform, to transform HR into an optimized human plus agent workforce ecosystem.
By implementing EmployeeWorks at ServiceNow, KPMG will develop proven methodologies, best practices, and accelerated deployment pathways that will enable enterprise customers to transform their own employee experiences faster and with greater confidence. KPMG will offer managed implementation services, change management, and optimization support, packaging insights from both transformations into a comprehensive EmployeeWorks methodology for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Combining KPMG's deep human capital expertise with ServiceNow's EmployeeWorks platform, KPMG aims to deliver three critical outcomes:
- Unified employee service delivery: Consolidate HR, workplace services, IT support, and payroll into a single, intelligent interface where employees get personalized, context-aware recommendations and can resolve issues without navigating multiple systems.
- Operational insight at scale: Surface real-time signals about employee needs, satisfaction, and bottlenecks, enabling data-driven decisions on workplace policy, service design, and resource allocation.
- AI-driven support and governance: Deploy ServiceNow's agentic AI to automate routine employee transactions, flag exceptions, and escalate complex issues intelligently, reducing support overhead while improving resolution speed.
More than a decade of transformation together
A ServiceNow customer and partner for 14 years, the 2026 Inaugural Worldwide Core Business Partner of the Year, 2025 Employee Workflow Partner of the Year, and the 2025 ServiceNow Worldwide Transformation Partner of the Year, KPMG has a long-standing foundation with ServiceNow committed to transforming enterprises with AI that drives outcomes.
As part of its Trusted AI approach, KPMG is deploying ServiceNow AI Control Tower to discover, observe, govern, secure, and measure AI regardless of where it runs. The firm's initial deployment of ServiceNow EmployeeWorks focuses on its internal support organization, simplifying how those teams access information and deliver services to employees across the firm.
