Michael Lieb is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with more than two decades of experience across public companies, global professional services, and high growth digital and media businesses. He currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Peloton Interactive, where he oversees corporate accounting and financial reporting functions in a complex, consumer facing organization.

Prior to Peloton, Michael spent over five years at Shutterstock, most recently as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy, leading US SEC reporting, accounting policy and technical accounting for a global e commerce platform. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Spotify, where he supported global music licensing across more than 60 countries, and at Ernst & Young, where he spent 14 years advising public and private multinational clients across media, entertainment, consumer and industrial sectors.

At EY, Michael developed deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, SEC filings, complex transactions, revenue recognition and audit committee communications, while also managing large, multi stream engagements and mentoring teams.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Maryland. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University School of Management.

David Wright is Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Itron, Inc. – a global technology and manufacturing company based in Liberty Lake, Washington.  He is responsible for Itron’s global accounting and has been with the company for 7+ years since his return.  Previously he was Vice President – Accounting, Tax and External Reporting, as well as Interim CFO, at Red Lion Hotels Corporation in Spokane, Washington. Mr. Wright was originally at Itron for 7 years in technical accounting, external reporting and global consolidation roles.  He spent the first 10+ years of his career in the Seattle office of Deloitte & Touche LLP in the external audit practice, focusing on financial institution clients.

Mr. Wright graduated from Western Washington University (Bellingham, Washington) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minor in Spanish. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington.
