CPE 1.0

Webcast

Webcast overview

Join us for our latest episode of our Risk Factors webcast series, where professionals from our KPMG Regulatory Insights and Risk Services groups delve into top risk and regulatory challenges for 2026.

During our discussion, we will reveal the actions underway to structure markets and develop regulatory frameworks to facilitate and expand digital and other alternative asset offerings in the U.S. We will also provide key insights and leading signals of regulatory focus.

Specifically, we will address:

  • Executing Mandates: A regulatory focus narrowed to core statutory authorities doesn't minimize expectations for compliance with existing laws and may exacerbate a growing regulatory divergence.
  • Adopting Disruptive Tech & AI: Federal and state regulators are adopting existing policies and risk frameworks to address the complexities of AI innovation with participation from the private sector.
  • Ensuring Resiliency: A growing focus on organizations’ preparedness to withstand or recover from significant market stresses and disruptions that may impact both non-financial and financial risks, including third-party risk management.
  • Expanding Digital Assets: Actions are underway to structure markets and develop regulatory frameworks that will facilitate and expand digital and other alternative asset offerings in the U.S.
