Prasanna Govindankutty
Principal, Cyber and Technology Risk
Based out of KPMG’s New York office, Prasanna helps the firm’s clients in solving their complex challenges in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) management programs. He is part of KPMG Cyber’s global leadership team and is KPMG’s Americas Cyber Leader. In these roles, he is responsible for driving the firm’s global strategies, capability builds, and investments with a focus on helping clients transform their GRC, Cyber Risk and AI Governance programs.
With over 25 years of deep experience in engineering and building products and services, Prasanna serves leaders across our industries in helping them with their GRC programs utilizing leading technologies and platforms.
Prasanna has a bachelor’s in computer science & engineering, and a master’s degree in computer science. He lives in New York City, which he has called home for the last 25 years.
