March 30, 2026

The National Registry of Costa Rica has extended the validity of its digital certifications from 15 to 30 calendar days, effective March 1, 2026.

The extended validity period reduces the frequency of requests, lowers costs, streamlines internal processes, and facilitates the planning of procedures that require certifications as part of files or document controls.
