United States announces trade agreements and frameworks with Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam
Reciprocal tariffs maintained while also addressing non-tariff barriers
The White House on October 26, 2025, announced several trade agreements and frameworks aimed at enhancing bilateral economic relationships with Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
- Trade agreement with Cambodia: The United States and Cambodia have agreed to a reciprocal trade agreement to eliminate tariffs on 100% of U.S. industrial goods and U.S. food and agricultural products exported to Cambodia. The United States will maintain 19% reciprocal tariffs on certain products and identify products from Cambodia eligible for a 0% reciprocal tariff rate. In addition, Cambodia committed to addressing non-tariff barriers and protecting labor rights and environmental standards.
