The Public Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms for administrative justice matters of the Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice (TFJFA) was announced on October 1, 2025.

ADRs will not replace traditional disputes entirely, but will be an option for resolving tax and administrative disputes. The interested party may request them. If a negotiation fails, the trial can continue as normal.
