Tunisia: Guidance on new mandatory e-invoicing measures for B2B and large companies

The measures apply to business-to-business sales of pharmaceutical products and fuel, and transactions with local authorities.

Tunisia issued Administrative Note No. 10/2025 providing guidance regarding new mandatory electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) measures effective July 1, 2025.

The measures apply to business-to-business (B2B) sales of pharmaceutical products and fuel, and transactions with local authorities. E-invoices must be registered, archived, digitally signed, and sent via Tunisia Trade Net.

Non-compliance may result in fines ranging from TND 100 to TND 500 per invoice, with a maximum of TND 50,000.
