Serbia: Updates to system of electronic invoicing

Access to recipient’s notice on input VAT has been enabled.

Information relevant for users of the system of electronic invoicing (SEF) was published on the official electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) webpage of the Ministry of Finance.

Recipient’s notice on input valued added tax (VAT)

Access to the “recipient's notice on input VAT” module has been enabled on the user interface of the DEMO version of SEF. The module allows for the issuance of a notification of correction of the deduction of input VAT via SEF for received credit notes and canceled invoices. This module is currently only available in the DEMO version of SEF, but it is expected that it will also be available on the production version of SEF in the following period.

Updated internal technical manual

The internal technical manual (ITU) has been updated accordingly and published on the Ministry of Finance’s website.
