France: Measures for mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting

Obligations for non-established businesses are deferred to September 2027

The French government announced measures for mandatory electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) and e-reporting, including simplifying the digital reporting requirement by removing certain data transmission obligations and allowing simplified calculation methods.

Administrative forgiveness is provided for entities without a SIREN number, and obligations for non-established businesses are deferred to September 2027.
