The Administrative Contentious Court on July 16, 2025, granted a provisional precautionary measure against the Ministry of Finance regarding the suspension of the tax consultation system.

The decision (case number 25-004894-1027-CA-0) was in response to the Ministry of Finance's plan to temporarily suspend several tax platforms, including the tax consultation system, from July 18 to August 4, 2025, as part of the transition to the new TRIBU-CR platform. Read TaxNewsFlash

The tax consultation system allows taxpayers to inquire about their individual tax status with the tax administration. The court's order mandates the Ministry of Finance to maintain the system's operation until the TRIBU-CR platform is launched on August 4, 2025, to prevent potential harm to taxpayers.
