Bosnia and Herzegovina: Proposed forgiveness of interest on tax debts (Republic of Srpska)

Tax debts would include income taxes and social security contributions.

The government of the Republic of Srpska on February 20, 2025, proposed legislation that would forgive all interest accrued on unpaid tax liabilities as of December 31, 2022, so long as the taxpayer repays the principal tax debts by December 31, 2025.

The tax debts would include income taxes and social security contributions.
