The Colombia Crea Talento Corporation (CoCrea) on March 10, 2025, published the application terms for participation in the 2025 program under Article 180 of Law 1955 of 2019 and amended by Article 27 of Law 2277 of 2022, under which taxpayers may deduct 165% of contributions to projects aimed at enhancing the arts, culture, and cultural heritage in Colombia.
The 2025 budget for the program is COP $315,483,756,757, and applications may be submitted between March 10, 2025, and October 31, 2025.
