Temporary denial order against several individuals and companies for allegedly violating U.S. export regulations
The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) today released a temporary denial order (TDO) against several individuals and companies for allegedly violating U.S. export regulations. These parties are accused of facilitating the illegal transshipment of U.S.-origin goods to Russia, circumventing export controls, and falsifying shipping documents.
The order, effective for 180 days, prohibits these entities from participating in any export-related activities involving items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
