Kenya: Tax amnesty program extended through June 2025

The Tax Procedures (Amendment) Act, 2024, extended a tax amnesty program to include periods up to December 31, 2023.

The amnesty program applies to penalties, interest, and fines due on unpaid taxes. Taxpayers must pay all outstanding principal taxes by June 30, 2025, avoid incurring further tax debts, and provide a written undertaking for the settlement of all outstanding taxes.
