Ministry of Finance Order HAC/1177/2024 (published in the official gazette on October 28, 2024, and effective October 29, 2024) provides guidance regarding the required technical, functional, and content specifications for electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) systems.
Manufacturers, retailers, and users generally must adapt their e-invoicing systems by July 1, 2025, although it is possible that the effective date of the requirements may be postponed for e-invoicing systems included in multi-year maintenance contracts entered into before October 29, 2024.
