Changes were made from draft legislation presented to Parliament in September 2024
The Parliament approved draft legislation that includes measures related to:
- Taxation of high-income groups, including special levies on refineries and mobile operators
- Value added tax (VAT) rates
- Amount and calculation of tax bonus
- Taxation of small businesses and self-employed individuals
- Assignation of tax
- Tax on financial transactions
