Cyprus: Extended deadline for filing 2023 individual tax returns (TD1)

The Cyprus tax department (CTD) on October 30, 2024, announced that the deadline for filing individual tax returns (TD1) and payment of any due tax / contributions for the tax year 2023 is extended until November 30, 2024.

Individuals (except self-employed with accounts) have an obligation to file a TD1 for the tax year 2023 if their annual gross income for the tax year 2023 exceeds the amount of €19.500.

Payment of taxes can be made electronically via the tax portal.
