The General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE) has issued several updates related to customs procedures for postal, express consignments, and cross-border electronic trade of goods.
- Prakas No. 1002 outlines the implementation of customs procedures for postal, express consignments, and cross-border electronic goods exported or imported into Cambodia, without regard to the value, size, weight, type of transportation operator, or transportation means.
- Guideline No. 2543 provides detailed guidance on the obligations of customs officials, importers, exporters, and other related parties involved in the import-export process.
- Notification No. 3860 introduces additional requirements, effective from September 1, 2024, mandating that all necessary information for express consignments arriving at Phnom Penh International Airport must be submitted online.
