MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026 – The 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, taking place June 25-28 at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota, continues to reflect KPMG, PGA of America and the LPGA Tour’s unwavering commitment to elevating excellence in women's golf. This major championship will feature a record-setting purse, new technology enhancements for the world’s best players to elevate their games, one of the best fields in women’s golf, and the most comprehensive broadcast coverage of any event on the LPGA Tour.
- Highest purse: The 156-player field will compete for a $13 million purse, the highest in women’s golf history.
- Newest and best technology: This Championship is the most tech-forward event on the LPGA Tour. KPMG is adding new AI-enhanced features to KPMG Performance Insights, which provides LPGA athletes access to critical shot-level data to diagnose and improve their performance and delivers insights to and media to see how the players on the LPGA Tour stack up against one another. New for the 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, KPMG Performance Insights will deliver a suite of products that includes:
- AI-powered player reels, available privately to each player in the field at the end of their round, which include analysis, hole-by-hole breakdowns, and shot-level data to enable the players to quickly assess and adjust their strategy as needed for their next round. Media members will also have real-time access to shot-level data to enhance storytelling throughout the week.
- An AI-powered live outcome prediction engine that will deliver predictive analytics across NBC and Golf Channel’s broadcast and digital coverage of the Championship. These analytics will measure probability shifts and shot-by-shot impact for player scoring to enrich the media, viewer and experience.
For the third consecutive year, KPMG CHAMPCAST will leverage cutting-edge ShotLink Pro technology to bring an immersive experience following each player in the field. Features like 3D imagery, radar data, shot trails, green views and individual shot video highlights allow viewers to get closer to the action than ever.
Combining KPMG Performance Insights and KPMG Champcast offers real-time, shot-level data and analytics for each player in the field, together with historical performance data.
- Star-studded field: The Championship annually features one of the strongest fields in women’s golf. This year all top 100 players in the current Race to CME Globe Rankings are competing at Hazeltine.
- Top courses: Hazeltine National Golf Club will play host to the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship for the second time. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., Hazeltine is widely considered one of the premier Championship venues in American golf. Hazeltine has a rich history with the PGA of America, previously hosting two PGA Championships (2002, 2009), the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship (2019) and the Ryder Cup (2016). Hazeltine will become the first American golf course to host the Ryder Cup for a second time in 2029.
- Most comprehensive broadcast coverage: The Championship will have the most comprehensive broadcast coverage of any event on the LPGA Tour this year, with nearly 100 hours of live, streaming and ancillary coverage across NBC, Golf Channel, and Peacock.
- Featured Groups powered by T-Mobile will stream live on YouTube and the KPMG Women's PGA Championship website and mobile app. It will also syndicate on Peacock and Golf Channel.com. Featured Groups is expanded this year with double the number of groups to allow viewers to follow more action from their favorite players.
- Several caddies will be mic’d up for the first time bringing viewers watching the broadcast inside the ropes to hear real-time interactions with players on course strategy.
