During the first week of May, KPMG Private Enterprise, in collaboration with the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, held the fifth-annual QuantumShift program. The event drew an impressive roster of 15 founders, owners and CEOs of private, high growth U.S.-based companies to boost their development through a four-day learning, networking and collaboration program held at the Michigan Ross campus.
“Entrepreneurs continue to be one of the leading catalysts for the next generation of economic growth,” said Conor Moore, Americas Private Enterprise Leader, KPMG. “KPMG Private Enterprise is proud to partner with Michigan Ross to support and leverage the strengths of these founders, owners and CEOs as they drive innovation and deliver value to their stakeholders.”
The CEOs selected to attend this year’s QuantumShift program represent dynamic, high-growth sectors of the economy including technology, healthcare and life sciences, and construction. The group’s companies have an average year-over-year growth rate of 41 percent and over $500 million in combined revenue. In the several sessions led by top industry professionals and Ross School of Business faculty, the latest cohort of entrepreneurs engaged in robust discussions around a number of topics and identified key areas of focus, including harnessing the power of a peer network, inspiring culture and purpose, motivating teams and more.
