KPMG named one of Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For

The firm celebrates its 16th year on the list; honor recognizes KPMG’s ongoing commitment to its people

NEW YORK, NY, APRIL 4, 2023 – KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, was today named one of Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, ranking 38th on the list. This marks the 16th year KPMG has been included on the prestigious list.

“At KPMG, we strive to be an organization where our professionals can thrive, grow and build great careers,” said KPMG U.S. Chair and CEO Paul Knopp. “Our incredible people continue to serve our clients, communities and each other with excellence, and this recognition underpins our ongoing commitment to enhancing their physical, mental, social and financial well-being and supporting them at each stage of their life and career.”

This past year, the firm celebrated its 125th anniversary with a nation-wide Community Impact Day, during which partners and professionals contributed more than 60,000 service hours to 450 nonprofit organizations.

KPMG also introduced its hybrid work model, Flex with Purpose. Rooted in inclusion, connection and intentional boundaries, Flex with Purpose combines the benefits of flexibility with in-person work for mentorship, collaboration and innovation. KPMG Lakehouse, the firm’s training, development and innovation facility for its people located in the Lake Nona community of Orlando, Fla., continues to serve as a cultural hub for the firm’s 35,000 people.

Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For are evaluated across multiple areas that are important to employees’ experience, including how trustworthy, caring and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact.
