Joe is a Managing Director in the Accounting Advisory Services practice within KPMG Deal Advisory. He is based in Houston, Texas and focuses on the accounting, reporting and financial analysis surrounding acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, private and public debt offerings and restructurings.
Joe has over twelve years of professional experience in providing advisory services. His experience includes transaction advisory assistance related to technical accounting analysis, financial reporting, due diligence, valuation, and merger integration & separation. Joe has served a variety of industries and mostly concentrates in the oil & gas and power & utilities industries.
He has a BS from John Carroll University and is a licensed CPA in Texas and Ohio. Joe is also a member of the AICPA and Texas CPA Society.
