James has a deep background in technology with 25 years in various platforms, innovative technologies, and enterprise architecture. He is a KPMG Director and leads the KPMG Pennsylvania Automation Center, which specializes in intelligent automation and data analytics solutions for state and local government agencies.

James provides state and local government clients with innovative, technology-based process improvement support using proven process improvement methodologies and automation capabilities such as RPA and data and analytics. The support includes process improvement and automation, business and mission transformation, organizational integration, strategic communications, change management, and technology modernization. Working with his team, he provides Intelligent Automation (IA) planning, vendor assessments, automation roadmaps, IA implementation, and IA governance support.

He has also helped state agencies implement modular, service-oriented architectures and leading enterprise architecture practices.
