Tien Wei Lee
Senior Manager, International Tax, New York Metro
Tien is a senior manager in the International Tax practice of KPMG’s New York office. She advises on a diverse range of clients on international tax planning and cross-border transactions. In particular, she has worked with multinationals in the banking, technology and life sciences industries, and is a member of KPMG’s healthcare and life sciences council.
Tien began her career as an associate with Baker & McKenzie LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Silicon Valley. She has three years’ U.S. corporate law experience and has worked extensively with technology companies.
Professional and Industry Experience
Tien specializes in advising on and implementing international transactions and restructurings for multinational and financial services clients. She also has experience partnering with early-stage companies in reviewing their IP and holding structures, assisting with operational tax and assisting Heads of tax with communicating with boards, management and stakeholders.

- Tax reform modeling
