Jeff is a principal in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice based in the Firm’s Chicago Office. Prior to joining KPMG, Jeff was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP where he spent more than 20 years advising clients on a wide range of tax matters.
Jeff has extensive experience advising private equity funds with respect to all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies, including structuring, financing and management compensation. Jeff has also advised numerous U.S. and foreign public and private companies regarding domestic and international acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations.
