Arti Venugopal

Arti is a Partner with the M&A Tax/ Private Equity practice of KPMG India and specializes in deal advisory, diligence and tax structuring. She has over 20 years of professional experience and has advised large number of multinationals and Indian corporates on complex and high value transactions. Her experience in transaction advisory ranges from end to end advisory comprising tax due-diligence, deal structuring and documentation review, corporate restructuring including mergers and acquisitions, business re-organizations, business tax planning to related tax and regulatory matters. She is a part of the core team of KPMG India’s US corridor practice and participates regularly at Tax, M&A and PE forums.
