Bill is a partner in KPMG’s Raleigh office, with 20 years of U.S. federal income tax experience serving multinational companies. His experience includes the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions, oversight of the preparation of consolidated federal and state corporate tax returns, preparation and review of operating partnership returns, and various aspects of federal, state, and international tax consulting for companies. Bill services various industries, but mainly focuses on life science companies in all stages from pre-revenue to large multinational entities.
