Orhan Tezoy
Partner, Audit
Orhan joined KPMG in 2001 and is an Audit partner at KPMG Germany. Orhan has extensive experience in IFRS/US GAAP Conversions as well as in pre- and post-deal conversions and integration projects. He is country expert for the US and leading the country practice US within Accounting & Process Advisory. During his career he gained experience in auditing and advisory projects in financial reporting, project management in steering, as well as monitoring and leading multidisciplinary and international project teams for several post-merger integrations especially for US companies. Orhan leads the KPMG internal training "Conversion in Capital Market Environment“.
