Tyler is a Managing Director in the Business Tax Services practice in KPMG’s Seattle office. He is an experienced tax advisor with over 14 years of service at KPMG. His experience includes advising on income tax accounting (ASC 740) and related financial statement disclosures, business structuring and expansions/divestitures, IPO readiness, and U.S. corporate tax consulting and compliance.
