Israel Tarshish

Israel is a Principal in KPMG’s M&A Tax and Infrastructure Tax practices and advises clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and restructurings, including in the infrastructure and natural resource sectors. He lectures and teaches internal and external continuing professional education courses, and has published in several areas of taxation, including the taxation of infrastructure investments, distressed debt, and digital transactions.
Israel holds a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
