William Steciak

Bill is the national sell-side services leader within KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services group, providing accounting and reporting advisory services to clients on structuring mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures, principally with public companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Bill consults with a variety of clients regarding spin-offs, business sales, business combination accounting and structuring. Bill’s experience includes SEC reporting and compliance, carve-out transactions, pro-forma presentation, discontinued operations reporting, and purchase price allocations.
