Kimmie Spencer

Kimmie Spencer is a Senior Manager in the Stamford office Audit practice and is currently on rotation in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP). She has over 12 years of experience in public accounting providing audit services to companies within industrial manufacturing, specifically in the transportation industry, and the consumer markets industry. Kimmie has experience with both large and mid-size public and private companies. Her audit experience includes SEC filings, stand-alone financial statements, and employee benefit plan audits. She has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in merger and acquisitions, spin-offs and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) audits. Kimmie graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration degree in accounting. She is a licensed CPA in Connecticut and North Carolina.
