Molly leads Chemicals business development in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice focused on helping clients navigate our practice to mitigate risks, grasp opportunities, and solve problems. Molly has a 13 year track record of developing relationships and new market opportunities in complex environments specific to the Chemicals investment lifecycle.
Molly joined KPMG in 2021 and since then has been providing valued solutions to corporate development & private equity professionals. Currently based in Houston, she is working with clients on the buy or sell side – with services that cover the full deal life cycle of a transaction.
Business development responsibilities include providing solutions for clients including Due Diligence (Financial, Tax, Commercial & Operational, Comp & Benefits, IT, Regulatory), Forensics, Cyber Security Diligence, Integration and Separation, Competitor Benchmarking, Strategy, Pricing, Performance Improvement, Corporate Finance, Buy-Outs, Joint Ventures, IPO’s Capital Raising Services, etc.
