Kevin is a Tax partner in KPMG’s Minneapolis office and leads the local Private Enterprise practice. Kevin has significant experience serving privately held enterprises in a variety of industries such as life sciences, healthcare, food and beverage, software and manufacturing. He also works with many family-owned enterprises, serving the tax planning needs at all levels, including business entity issues, family transitional planning, estate planning and business disposition solutions.
