Dave Shaw is a Managing Director in KPMG LLP’s Tech Assurance - Audit practice with over 16 years of audit and advisory experience. Dave leads our Tech Assurance Digital Asset solution-set, which include attestations, tech components of integrated audits, and other bespoke assurance services to meet evolving industry needs. His areas of focus include System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 & SOC 2 readiness assessments, SOC 1 & SOC 2 attestations, tech and business process control as part of integrated financial statement audits with an ICFR opinion, performance audits, and third line internal audit advisory.
